Established in 2003, the Fund honors Leo Frankel, a founding board member of iPalpiti, and a gifted violinist. Leo’s son, Nathan , continues in his father’s steps as a member of the iPalpiti board/advisory and, he has been performing with iPalpiti artists in this annual tribute event. Since its founding, iPalpiti has provided essential support to 248 musicians in 45 countries. Through the Frankel Fund the legacy of Leo’s love for music continues to support the most outstanding and deserving young professional classical musicians of this generation. The Frankel Fund is a significant contributor toward the ongoing success of iPalpiti.
iPalpiti Artists International, founded in 1998, is a 501c3 non-profit organization, dedicated to the artistic career advancement of exceptionally gifted young professional musicians and to the promotion of peace and understanding through music. Under direction of Maestro Eduard Schmieder, the acclaimed iPalpiti orchestra & Soloists present annually 25-30 prize-winning artists from around the globe in concerts, festivals, national and international tours. Your contribution supports iPalpiti artists and the future of classical culture.
